I HAVE A REMINGTON MODEL 11 12 GA S-AUTO
ON THE TOP IS STAMPED PATENT JOHN R BROWNIG
REMINGTON ARMS CO.
THE STOCK IS PLAIN (WALNUT). BUT VERY NICE,EXCEPT THE VARNISH IS WEARING OFF, NO SCRATCHES,DENTS,OR SCRAPES
ON THE STOCK OR RECEIVER.
THE BLUEING IS GOOD NO RUST ANYWHERE, HOWEVER ONE SPOT ON THE BLUEING IS SCRAPED OFF 1/2 INCH.
ANY IDEA WHAT THIS OLD GUIN IS WORTH? IT WAS BUILT IN THE LATE 20'S OR EARLY 30'S.

$200-somewhat less if you are trying to sell it to a dealer.

I think the above guesstimate of $200 is low...At least it would be for my area in Vermont...

I have seen Remington 11's parted out for way over $200...Look on eBay for values of just some of the parts go for...I'd say just the barrel and the stock pieces would bring $200 in usable condition...

As a complete 'shooter', you would be in the $250-$300 range here (even if the serial numbers don't match)...If it is in the upper grades with matching numbers, go up from there...

Blue-Book is just a starting point around here...

Salmoneye, Who Has Done ALOT Of Homework On Rem M-11's In The Last 2 Weeks...

Just as an example...I am not the seller...I sell as Salmoneye...

Gun broker has one at auction, after 13 bids it isn't to $200 yet.
http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewIt ... m=12212007

another one that prob won't make $200 http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewIt ... m=12405634

There's 11 in a row all were reserved at $150 or higher ,there's only one that has any bids and if you look at the bid history on it you can see that somethings up. http://www.gunbroker.com/auction/ViewBi ... m=12265632

but Salmoneye is correct, parting out a gun can bring more money (if you have time to mess with it) and many times prices are regionally high or low.
