What's it not doing? Firing, reliability, ejecting, feeding?

Is it the Winchester Universal shells that are 1 1/8oz from Wal Mart?

The 100 pack winchesters are looooooose tolerance, steel based garbage. For cheap shells, you are much better off with something like remington gunclubs, or even gameloads. So long as your gun only malfunctions with the cheapo shells, you dont really have a problem. Shoot a box of STS's or AA's, and let us know how the gun works.

If the chamber is clean and the action lubricated and it will not cycle, check the crown of the crimpped part of the shell. If these are not beveled, it will not cycle. Some of the cheap shells are pretty sloppy in the crown of the crimp.

Try giving a DETAILED description of EXACTLY what it does and doesn't do. Just saying it doesn't fire or never feeds or cycles is not much help. What other shells have you tried recently in the gun? How did they do? When did the gun last work correctly? What have you done to the gun since then? Etc, etc, etc.

Or, the B80 may be set up with the 3" barrel and probably won't cycle the 2-3/4" promo loads.
