I am looking for information regarding replacement stocks & forearms for H&R and NEF single-shot shotguns. I haven't had any luck searching this site for info, and H&R1871 doesn't reference it on their site so I am starting a "new" thread. Can anyone help?

H&R has a new website up and running.
It took a liitle while to find it but the info your looking for is under the
"Barrel Accessory Program" about halfway down the page sub-labeled "Handi-Rifle Stocks"

http://www.hr1871.com/Support/accessoryProgram.aspx

They don't list the fore-ends nor some of their laminate versions.
They are available though through H&R.
Just call the customer service number for prices.
You'll find those folks very helpful.

As far as ( Tupperwear ) Choate makes all the stocks for H&R / NEF , they also have some nice laminates and a Mossy Oak camo that you can get from the factory , you will need to call their CS as to what they have in stock + pricing .

For what it's worth, I put a ATI pistol grip with collapsible stock on my 20g Pardner. I just wanted it to be a little shorter while it was sitting next to the bed. I'm still undecided whether or not I like the stock though. It feels good, but the supplied bolt for the buttstock uses a flathead screw to hold it on. It's a PITA to install and tighten. The stock kept loosening up when I shot it because I couldn't get it tight enough. I took it off to shoot clays until I get another shotgun. When I reinstall the stock I'm going to get a regular bolt and a little thread locker for it and see if that helps.
