I agree the Beretta will likely hold its value better.
They have 2 pretty different wood finishes.
The Beretta is flat oil finish (no gloss) and wood is usually rather plain in my experience.
The Rizzini is a polished oil finish (a bit more glossy) and you MAY find one with nicer wood (but lots of plain Rizzini's as well).
The Rizzini has a matte black metal finish as opposed to the traditional blued metal of the Beretta.
I personally don't like the Rizzini matte finish, however it would be more durable to scratches and wouldn't rust or show fingerprints as easily.
I think both are on par durability-wise, but Beretta has a much larger sample size and following so I would have to give reliability to the Beretta.
Parts and service for Rizzini is not a great situation (RizziniUSA/Fierce)
Handling is personal preference in my opinion. They do have a different fit/feel.
I'd go BR110 all the way, for the money these can't be beat and IMO have nicer fit and finish than the base Berettas. I've got the BR110 in 12g and 28g and an Artemis in 20g. I shot Citoris for years and have sold them all, only have Rizzini's now
