Welcome to the forum. A couple things 1) we’ll need a better description of what it’s doing or not doing to narrow down the problem and 2) you can try posting this question in the Ithaca lovers section of the forum. There are a bunch of guys that know the 37 inside and out over there so they are a good resource.
Good luck. John

Thanks for the welcome and I’m sorry for not explaining the problem well. It is not ejecting the spent shell casings when pumping for the second round. Also didn’t know Ithaca forum on here I will try posting this there too. Thanks olbirdkilla..

Two things with Ithaca's, first brand of shell, some brands will not let the gun cycle properly. Second is the barrel is not lined up with the extractors properly.

Also would like to add make sure chamber is spotless. I have had good luck using fine steel wool wrapped on a wood dowel and light oil to burnish the chamber and forcing cone. And, check your extractors too.

laguarxk120 is correct check the simple things first, I don't want to say they are finicky, but they just won't eject certain brands of shells
