Depends on what kind of wood you are after.
For California English Walnut you’d be hard pressed to find a better supply than Cecil Fredi.

.
Besides the knd of wood you desire, what gun is the wood for ?
Many stockmakers may or may not supply stockwood, depending on the gun & type

There are some nice looking blanks on Ebay, but if buying online, be sure you see very good quality pictures of both sides of the blank. Look especially at the grain flow through the wrist of the stock, where you really don't want a highly figure area.

I beileve Coles had a section of stocks on their website for Berettas, but finished not blanks. They may have blanks too (or they could build a finished for you).

Eibar,
The Beretta and Perazzi factory both use Turkish walnut which comes from the waste fields of Anatolia. So, if you would want to stay consistant with that choice I would get a blank from one of the Turkish suppliers that can be found on the internet. I just got a blank from Istanbul not long ago that is outstanding and much cheaper than you would expect.

Dressel and Hunski have good blank selections at reasonable prices.

You will likely want to buy from a source that will guarantee it's workable.
I witnessed a stock project on trapshooters.com that required 3-4 blanks to complete due to defects showing up on each of the blanks.
You'll likely pay more buying from a dealer that will guarantee the blank, but if you buy from someone that won't, and the blank is worthless, all your $ is down the drain anyways.
