just curious if anyone got their high volume shooting pins yet from the NSCA for their 2018 shooting season? For whatever reason I haven't seen mine yet, and I have always sworn that we would have them by now.

I got one before 2017 was over. I don't think I shot as much as the pin said so I'm waiting for them to ask for it back. Oh, and since they stopped sending the plastic covers for your membeship card - I was told it was to save $$ - I wouldn't hold your breath waiting for a pin. They cost waaay more than the little plastic card covers.

I would rather have the plastic cover. It has more utility to me.

I talked to Kim yesterday over at the NSCA head quarters, she let me know that most of them are out now in the mail and the ones that need to be engraved with names are coming back sometime later this week, I just thought I'd let everyone here know where things are at.

I still haven't seen mine yet, but I'm thinking this week, or in theory.

Does the NSCA send volume pins for 50K like NSSA does?

don't you skeet guys shoot that many targets in weekend? 25,000? right? that's about how long it takes to break a tie.

Must be something about my address here in VA, but all my friends (also in VA) always get their magazines, etc, weeks before me.
They all got their NSSA All American Patches already, some over a week ago.....mine isn't here yet.

might be, one thing I will never have to worry about is an all state team patch, but the high volume pins I think are a nice gesture and a firm reminder of how much money I'm not spending on drugs by shooting sporting clays lol I'm broke!

The NSCA does not send pins like the NSSA does. What you shoot each year if you are a high volume shooter. My first 5 years I got a 5000 pin but no 25, 50, 75K pins.

I have a funny feeling due to COVID and what have you, that might be a tough pull to get them this year, but then again you never know, the NSCA will shock ya from time to time.

Got mine today.........must be an alphabetical thing, or a volume thing I'm thinking. Regardless, I've got a nice little collection going now it seems.
