So recently, I purchased this shotgun thru a online auction. I haven’t received the gun yet, but I’m beyond excited to find out more about it. It is a gun that is stamped on the barrels American Arms and on the opposite barrel is stamped Churchill, it’s a 20Ga side lock gun. On the water table and barrel flats there are multiple proof marks as well as the Grulla bird stamp. Does anyone have any idea of a model of this gun or a age maybe? Thanks a ton.

There are more proof marks on the barrel flats, including a date code.

I finally got a picture of it uploaded, and I’m assuming it I•2 is the date code?

There is some discussion of a Grulla #2 imported by American Arms, over on the Doublegunshop Forum.
Contracted Spanish shotguns don't necessarily conform to models in the manufacturer's catalog. The manufacturing company tailored their products to meet the price point of an importer.
Regarding value, I can only suggest comparison with the Blue Book, and gun sales online. Actual sale price, not asking price, is the best reference available.

I have been doing some readings on that, and trying to look into it more. Once I can get the gun in my hands maybe I can tell more. Most of the No. 2's that ive saw and read up on, was marked No.2 on the side plate. The Churchill on the barrel is also something else throwing me some.

Churchill is simply a model name, applied by the importer, in the hope that there would be "brand recognition" by its use.

Makes sense. Do you think that this gun could be a Grulla No.2?

I hope that people with more knowledge of Grulla guns will check in soon.

I don't believe Grulla ever cataloged a model "No. 2".

This one looks to me to be a contract gun, made by Grulla, for American Arms, to be sold under the model designation "Churchill".
