Track of the Wolf carries cast and swaged lead balls in popular muzzleloader calibers. Suitable lead ball diameters for buckshot use from .283" to .360" are available.
This opens the door to some simple buckshot loads.
Come to think of it, 10 bore aficionados could cook up some very traditional Western #1 Buckshot loads. That's the same ball size used in the 1851 Navy Colt!

Check with Precision Reloading in South Dakota. They have full 25 lb bags of Remington Buckshot. Way cheaper than 5 lb. stuff. Website shows they are currently out of stock of "OO" but have all other sizes. https://www.precisionreloading.com/cart.php#!c=133&pp=90Best of luck and regards,

I know what you mean. I am trying to set up to load 12 gauge buckshot loads. I have found everything I need to get started except buckshot. Thinking about getting some molds and making my own.

Most commercial buckshot is too soft. If you want good long range patterns you need to cast your own.

Apparently, buckshot is no longer in demand. I have a very little bit of T shot as well as #1. Don't want either.
