I’m looking to use it in sporting clays so that might have a little bit longer applications

i just picked up a couple bags last month, and they seem to work fine. I don't have any way to test antimony content, but they seem as round as anything else and between West Coast and Eagle in terms of size.

Yes.

it comes in bags
the antimony is an element (Sb)
its shape is approximately spherical
it's less expensive

... and if I miss a target, it's not the shot's fault.
