Has anyone handled/shot the Etchen SP3 28/410 sporting combo? As compares to the Beretta 686 SP1 28ga sporting with the b-fast comb?

I have the latter and love the fit. 7lbs almost on the nose. A good weight for a sporting 28ga. The pics of on Etchens site seem to look like a field stock with a sporting barrel. I've emailed them but wonder if anyone else can confirm.

Had a SP1 28ga field model prior to my sporting model (both baby frames) and it slapped the cheek a bit. The sporting does not.

I have not handled one but have also noticed on their website pictures that the JEG SPiii sporting combos have much more of a field pistol grip contour than a sporting contour with tighter radius Grip. Like you, I prefer the latter.

Thanks UR. Matt from JE got back to me very quickly and confirmed the stocks are more field shaped. He was familiar with the B-Fast sporting stocks. Good news is they had a 410 sporting barrel set available so i'm adding that. A shame you can't get that beautiful wood in the sporting grip.

The weights are also lighter than my sporting model.
