I'm thinking of relocating to Huntsville and wanted to know if there are any good sporting clays courses within the surrounding area (e.g. how many minutes to drive to the course/club, cost for a round, etc.). Anyone actively shoot in the Huntsville area and can give me some advice?

Thanks.

Limestone Hunting preserve is you're best bet. They are on located near the Madison/Limestone county line off of Hwy 53 toward Ardmore. Roughly a 20 minute drive from the middle of town. Nice people and a decent facility as well as guided hunting.

There's not much else available for SC but there a few good Trap and Skeet clubs and locations.

This is an old thread, but Huntsvegas may be my new home soon. Has there been any change to Huntsville sporting clays options?

An old thread with a not so new post. Still not much to choose from without hitting the pavement.

North of Huntsville, Limestone Shooting Preserve is still going strong.
Ft Payne has North East Alabama Sporting Clays http://neasca.com/
