Hello,
I am about to purchase either a Taurus Judge or a S&W governor for use on my property in AZ. Primary purpose being snakes, coyotes, havalina etc. My wife intends to also handle the weapon for the same purpose. My question is about choosing 410 ammo. I want a wider spread in shorter distance for the potential of snake issues and lowest possible recoil for the wife issues. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Thanks

Get a snubby .38 and CCI shot loads. A LOT less drama.

...and about 1/2 or less weight and bulk. Also handy for CCW use.

There are also shot shells for the .357 and .44 magnum and you can get (well maybe right now) reloading components for them too.
