I'm going to be in Ohio visiting family June 14th to 18th. Anyone know of a skeet range close to Kent state university. We are flying up and I don't want to travel with my gun. I would need a club that would rent me a shot gun for a few rounds as well. I know it's a long shot but thought I would ask.

Sorry no one answered this request in time, but next time you visit Ohio family, there is a place not too far away from the Akron/Canton area. It's about 22 miles south of KSU.

This post is 3 1/2 years late but here goes for anyone looking in the future. AA shooting range in Garretsville, OH is near KSU. I believe they have what you seek. I'm 56 and learned to shoot clays there as a teen and we went there weekly when I was in college. Old Al that owned the place was a real nice guy and a character. He had a real knack for bringing young people into the sport. I believe his kids and grand kids run it now.
