I've googled Trap an Skeet ranges on the big island Hawaii and got confusing results.

What shotgun shooting is available there?

Hmmm, I have no idea. I know that state is pretty much anti-firearm, but; I found ten ranges - both indoor and outdoor - and no mention of skeet or trap.

I'm not familiar with Hawaii and don't believe these are actually on the "big island". But... it does appear there are a couple places to shoot sporting clays and 5-stand.

Maui Sporting Clays offers some information on bringing a firearm into the state too, last updated in 2014. Think they both had rentals available.

Of course, the websites don't really indicate if they are open "now" though... but a few phone calls should answer that. Sounds like an amazing adventure in front of you!

There is the Big Island Trap Club in Hilo. Shot there for PITA State shoot a few years ago. Has one skeet field and a 5 stand setup along with 4 trap fields. I think they hold one registered trap shoot every month. Check their website for contact info.
