The best medical kit made would be absolutely useless to someone who did not have the proper training and knowledge to use it. Just like a precision set of tools would be useless to someone who had never looked under the hood of a car. I could hand you everything you needed to rebuild a transmission but without training and experience it might as well be a box of rocks.
