I have twice used Spencer Taxidermy Services on Metairie Road in Metairie with good results.

I had Sonny Amato do some mounts and restoration, I was thrilled with his work he has a display studio in Baton Rouge go see his work it's worth the short drive from NO and you'll enjoy the visit with him.
