Is Pat still with Kolar? I didn't see him on their website or listed as a dealer. I'm considering buying a Kolar and my friends say he is the best.

Whoa what happened there? They surely did used to be a Kolar place.

OP if Lieske is not available i would second Paxton. I think Elite also carries quite a Kolar inventory.

There are many of dealers who previously carried Kolar, JTH Agency, Claytargetsports, Joel Etchen and Pacific Sorting Arms. All great to do business with, as I’ve purchased from all of them. No issues with the dealers, wonder what happened?

Looks like that Drew Lieske is now shooting for Caesar Guerini - could be that a split happened.

I called Drew today and asked about Kolar. He told me they're still a Kolar dealer but he's in the process of updating their website. He confirmed that he is shooting a Guerini now with 34 inch fixed-choke barrels, M/IM. Kolar doesn't offer 34" barrels.

Personally, being a medium sized man (5' 9" 155 pounds), I wouldn't want anything that long, or a gun with fixed chokes. I'm happy with my 32" Max Lite Sporting barrels but would choose shorter rather than longer if I had to make a change.

Apparently Drew didn't share the whole story with me. Posted today on the Sporting Clays forum: "Going into 2021, Michigan Shooting Centers will no longer be stocking new shotguns from Kolar Arms. All of our new, in-stock Kolar inventory is on sale (while supplies last)."
