Quite some time ago I read somewhere that hi-ribbed guns could be detrimental to some one eyed shooters but I can’t remember what those drawbacks were. I’m a one eyed shooter (magic dot) currently shooting a KX5 really well and the rib is not very high. I hold just a hair above the front edge of the trap house. Can anyone give me some insight on this or indicate what the drawbacks could be, if any.

Thanks.

There is no reason for a 1 eye shooter to avoid hi-rib guns.

Sometimes UN-singles can cause problems.
