out of all the guns I have, I keep coming back to the TT-15.

no issues.

the fact this gun makes fudds violently angry is a bonus :D

If you don't mind me asking. what are you comparing it to/what have you owned in the past?

i'm comparing it to my beretta a400 xcel multitarget and remington 1100 classic trap.

That's pretty entertaining. I'm using an 1100 right now and was looking at the xcel multitarget!

Hello,
Does anyone know if the TT-15 Sporting has lengthened forcing cones? I have heard yes's and no's and Tri Stars website doesn't say.

Thanks

It doesn't matter, any difference between the two is questionable and minor at best.

Not sure if it does or not but I'm with Curly.
I shoot .030 constriction for trap and all 3 barrels throw a nice pattern at 16, 30 and 40 yards and will absolutely powder a clay if you forget all the rest and just aim for the middle. :D

They definitely don't have a long forcing cone .... maybe two inches. I have a barrel mike and did notice that the barrels are quite "open" or back bored as some people call them with a diameter of 0.734 for my unsingle barrel. Even though they have Beretta Mobil chokes, the TT barrels themselves are far more open that Beretta mobil choked barrel. This is only consequential to me as I use Muller chokes on this gun and since the amount of restriction between the barrel and the choke is more of an indicator than the choke value itself it is an issue. Muller's Mobil chokes are indicated to the Beretta barrel which are tighter, so the difference between barrel and choke tube on a Beretta is less. Therefore the Muller chokes are one value tighter on my "open" TT barrel with more difference between barrel diameter and choke diameter.

Anyone have a TT-15 Field model? If so how has that been for you? Also is the receiver all steel or alloy on the field model?

So does the tt-15 sporting have a steel receiver? I see it is silver in your picture, didn't know if it was chrome plated or something.

What does the drop in comb measure for the TT15 sporting 35425? Does any know? I would hope it would a higher comb than the TT15 field model.
