Anyone else have this problem? How did you get it fixed?

Close friend had the same issue.

I called ATI, ordered new pins, and installed them for him.

Parts were inexpensive, and ATI was very helpful.

Give them a call.

Do they come out forward after removing the plate with the small Philips screw then remove the crosspin holding the firing pin?

I heard back from ATI already. They are sending me both firing pins when they get more in stock. Sounds like a common problem. Roughly 2000 rounds through the gun.

tp (somewhat patiently waiting)

No, the pins come out the back. That plate is just to protect the aluminum frame from the pounding of the shells.

You'll need to remove the stock, and the hammer springs. You'll need to make a tool to compress the springs. Then you remove pins to remove the firing pins, very much like a Browning.

Got it. Perfect!

Thanks, painter*!
