I recently purchased a Canuck Hunter Semi Auto. 12 gauge. They are rebranded Turkish Shotguns imported into Canada by Odell Engineering. They are Made by Armsan and they sell them as an A612. Mine is a lefthanded model. The gun is very hard to cock but cycles just about any load I throw at it. Had one 7/8 oz fail. But out of about a box of various types was the only failure. 1 1/8 eject about 20 feet.
I know this is a Beretta a300/a400 clone . I am wondering if anyone has found an oversize bolt handle that would work with the Armsan a612.

I guess I should have mentioned the gun is also sold as a Tristar. Viper.

I suppose some of them have 2 pistons. Normal and Heavy Duty. I think a heavy duty piston should eject it closer.

I am not worried about the distance they eject. I was trying to compare a 7/8 oz load not ejecting , to a 1 1/8 ounce ejecting that far. I must say that was the only failure to eject. I have since put 100 heavy loads through it without a Failure, and the whole action, after a thorough cleaning, has loosened up to a degree.
