If he's going to junk it, then yeah, that's fine. If he had any hopes of selling/trading it, then, well, let's just say that he'd get a much better price with a fixed AC unit than he will with either that monstrosity bolted on top, or without it and a roof full of holes!

BTW - where did he find an extension cord long enough for him to drive around Houston?

I suspect he'll get a citation for hooking to many together. I wonder if he Knotted them all at the connections, and what the resistence might be aver 40 miles of cord ( Not to mention the reel he'd need to coil it all)

I have used a 22 to get mistletoe out of a tree several times. A shotgun tears it up too bad.

I did something like that once. There was a big branch broken off and hanging on another branch, about 15 feet up. We didn't want it dropping on our heads, so I went out and brought it down with 4 rounds of birdshot. Worked great and was fun!
