Hey Guys,

I just ordered an Elos N2 Allsport in the compact version due to my height challenge 5’9”. The dealer says that it was just coming off the ship and needs to go through customs. I should have it in hands in about 10 days. I been lurking on the site for the past several months and really appreciate all the great info! Thanks to Randy for the great reviews also. I did get the LS4 Sporting last year and do love it! Soft shooter with 1oz 1200. Just needed and OU to round out my Fabarm obsession. I also got my wife(she just took her 1st lesson) a Syren LS4 Sporting too. Might have to cut it down a little more due her LOP.

Thanks again Rob

In for a pence; in for a pound! Sounds like you have most of the bases covered. Now to find enough ammo for both of you to shoot on a regular basis. Good luck!

I’m surprised by your size choice. You are essentially average height. Are your arms especially short and/or shoulders narrow? I am a small guy at 5’7” and wear a 39” suit jacket and 33” shirt sleeve. Standard adult 14.5 LOP fits me perfectly.

I too am on the petite size for men and shaped just like an Oompa Loompa.

I have a 32 but it's really closer to 31 inch sleeve length. I am 66 inches tall (sounds better than 5'6"). I have for many years used a 14 3/8 LOP except when in a real heavy coat for ducks. Then I do best when the stock is a full inch shorter to keep from hanging up.

Yes, I guess my arms are a little shorter. When I was bow hunting I had to get the draw in the 27” range. Also I had my smith & instructor at the range one day and they both thought the 14.75 LOP was too long for me. I had the smith cut down both my AL390 Golden Mallard & LS4 Sporting down to an even 14” with a new Kick-Ezz pad on both. I feel it did make a difference. I think I’m really going to like the Elos N2 Allsport at 14”.

I bought one last year and enjoy the heck out of it. I added it to my two XLR5s , I had the XLs since they were introduced. I bought all of them based on Randy Wakemans reviews and never shouldered one until it arrived. I have not been sorry as they are great shotguns.

Picking her tomorrow! Will give a range report after this weekend. Hope she shoots well, it’s my birthday!
