No opinions required, I always wanted one. Prices appear to have dropped over the last ten years. No, it's not mine, but...

In 1968 , when Ennio Matterelli was defending his Gold from the 64 games and Perazzi had made him a brand new gun , the MX 8, a Brit won the Gold w/ the Browning.

Ditto on that. I always wanted one and picked one up about a year ago at a fair price. I took it to the range and immediately started shooting the best scores of my life. I don’t shoot a lot of trap, but I have on occasion threatened to run 25 straight. Unheard of from this guy.

I recently bought one, Pigeon Grade with 32' barrels to shoot Helice with.
I too always wanted a Superposed.
Very happy with the gun, shot my best Helice score with it.
For some reason the prices on the Broadways are a little lower than the other Superposed.

Slugo, That appears to be a late 60’s gun so if your thinking about it I would recommend you check carefully for salt affected wood. Joe is correct , the Broadways do not command the same money on this side of the pond. However a knowledgeable friend has informed me that they are still quite popular in Europe. I do not understand this stigma as anyone who has read up on the Broadway ( or shot one ) should appreciate Brownings theory.
The Gr. I’s can often be found so inexpensive you can’t afford not own one.
Not a bad time to buy , just sayin’ :D

So why isn't it yours, if I may ask?

Belongs to one of my friends. It's not a salt gun!

Had one, traded it, and don’t miss it a bit. Mine was the light version, with full and extra full, and it was barrel heavy. I put lead shot in the butt in a shell casing and sold it that way. I did keep the 70s Naugahyde gun case it came with and it’s seem lots of use toting many other brands of OUs to the gun club. Good luck on your search!

Slugo-I know someone who might want to sell one if you send me a PM.
