Hi all-
I’m here looking for a rough value on a couple guns I picked up recently for insurance purposes.

They’re 2 Japanese a5 light twelves that are unfired with their boxes. I have no intention of shooting them at this time, but I would like to know what I would expect as a value.

I’ll even throw up a pic so you guys can enjoy them, I own 2 of those in the pic, there were six available but unfortunately no matter how bad I wanted to buy them, shelling out the dough all at once wouldn’t have been wise according to my wife.

The current BBGV give a value of $1050 (each), in 100% original condition, with box/papers.

However, surfing guns-only online auction website for the same gun that has actually been sold recently (not whenever, and not unsold gun $$ amounts) should reveal the current value trends.

Awesome, thank you! Always been a rifle and pistol guy but these things were so beautiful and given the price I couldn’t say no. I guess I’ll start into the collecting of shotguns now too thanks to this!
