On just about every DA I've seen it shows ** on the same line as "Special Steel".
They can't all be Mod choked can they?

I suspect the choke was opened up to IC as the line is to the left of the stars.

I just looked at my notes: I think the dashes and dollar signs are shown on the wrong side on Randy’s chart.
