I don’t think so....I have a Ruger 10-22 that my brother has had and used for at least 10 years. That’s the only 22 I have.

IMO, it looks to be a removable bolt head w/ extractor, but not from a Remington 1100.
Maybe a Mosin Nagant or an Enfield ? ( IDK) .

I don't believe the hook part is an extractor, but is in fact a sear meant to hold a (missing) striker in place). It's definitely not an Enfield or Mosin part.
