I see prices on these approaching double what list was when they were still being made. I bought one about 5 years ago and haven’t put 25 rounds through it. I could post pictures, but it’s like new with the box and everything.

I got it out to maybe sell it or trade it for a rifle I want, but saw the prices ($1900 and $1757 on GB) and am thinking maybe I need to sell something else.

Or are these just following the trend of pricing on most everything right now?

How high in value do you think these will go? I wonder if Remington will make these when they get going again?

Value is about as high as possible and may be going down with remarms limited rebirth. IMO.

People often drive prices up when a large manufacturer of firearms goes under, only to have prices retreat when they come back.

Then still, folks are going to want the originals, not the rebranded Remarms. Remember Winchester Repeating Arms vs US Repeating Arms?

They are also very good at what they do, folks like them. Maybe the new company will produce them, maybe they won’t.

I guess if I wanted one I’d be getting it. My 1100 trap is all I need.

They are on the RemArms website, so I'd guess they intend to resume production at some point. AFAIK, the supplier of the stock set (Bill Davis Enterprises), having changed generations, is still in restart phase, so RemArms production plans aren't the only deciding factor on renewed availability.

My 870 wingmaster lw 410 price got so high I finally sold it as it was never used. The price basically doubled from a year ago and I do not doubt it will trend down as production comes online.

Winchester 94’s went through the roof when Winchester took a dump and have since come down.

Is the stock on these a factory Remington or a custom piece from Jack West?

Stock set was from Bill Davis Enterprises. Bill passed away last year. Relatives (nephews, I believe) are attempting to restart the business.

I bought one 3 years ago for trap, love the gun. I'm keeping mine. I was thinking of trading it in for a BT99, but figured by the time I get the BT99 set up the way I have the Remi comp, it wasn't worth it. I just bought a good supply of gas piston rings and seals.
