Considering picking up a DT11 for skeet and was wondering if someone could verify the differences between the various models for me. As far as I can tell, there is the Sporting which is the basic model, the Skeet which has a flatter comb, the ACS which has a higher comb and adjustable rib, and the Black, which has some weight saving measures. Are there any other differences between the Sporting and Skeet besides the comb? Changes to the Black actually make a difference or more just marketing? Thanks!

I appreciate the reply. There are a few differences I don't quite get though. Model JDTLB12 is listed as a Sporting B-Fast for $12075, while JDT1B12 is listed as the exact same for $9320. What exactly is different between them? Additionally, what is a "headed" stock that I keep reading about in their description? Thanks!

A headed stock has been inletted (fit to the receiver and bolted on) but nothing else. It is a hunk of wood for a custom fit.

Final question - the skeet models, listed as available in 28” and 30” has actual barrel lengths (from the specs) of 28” and 28.7”, while the ACS which comes in 30” and 32” has actual barrel lengths of 30” and 32”. Is this a mistake on the website, something to do with the chokes, or something else?

Gentlemen,
DT11 – Black edition sporting PRO with 30" barrels
DT11 – Black edition Skeet PRO with 30" barrels
I see few difference between these models:
cosmetic like midle-rib and chamber capacity - len 3" vs 2" ¾. I do not think there is significant/any weight difference.
Does chamber size effect to spreading actually?

Sounds like Black edition sporting PRO more versatile, but i'm definitely focusing on skeet, will i find any benefits from Skeet PRO version? I'm talking about the models with the barrels 30" on both versions.

Thanks!
