I debated for months between the 692 Black and the 694. I also need a LH gun.

After waiting nine months for a LH 694 to come in at Pacific Sporting Arms, I pick up my new baby on Monday. Can’t wait to shoot it!

I would’ve preferred a black receiver, but it’s not a deal breaker for me.

Another thing is mid beads are hit and miss, if you’re looking for it to have it. Some have them, some don’t without any SKU difference.

Wow I never seen a beretta 680 or 690 sporting series with out a mid bead.
My 694 has it . So did the others I have looked at .

Some do have better wood than others.

My '97 682 Gold Super Sporting didn't/doesn't have a mid bead also from the Factory.

My 694 LH also has a mid-bead.

If I like the gun, shoot it well, and keep it, I'll probably remove both beads.

Good luck and safe shooting.

How long is the wait? There are two local to me, one standard 32 and one B-Fast 32.

I have plans for my first outing with mine tomorrow after lunch. Only supposed to be 84 when the range opens!

Joel Etchens expects some soon but he couldn’t give me an exact date. Briley locally has standard 32’s so I may swing by there tomorrow and see if the standard fits. Joel has a really good price on the B-Fast models at $4,050 which is $50 more than shops are selling the standard 32” for locally. $3700 on the standard 32” at Etchens, locally they are asking $3998.

Heading to the range in the morning also.. but with my ol reliable 686.

Are you all calling the model with adjustable Comb the B Fast model? Because both standard comb and adj comb have the B Fast weights in the stock. I shouldered both the standard fit, but both have the B Fast weight system just no barrel weights.

The adjustable comb model is labeled B-Fast by Beretta, I guess since it has both the weight system and B-Fast comb.

Will do! Look to start venturing outside the city with some buddies and seeing some clays around the state here soon.

Here's my home club :) https://www.5hshootingsports.com/

Worth a visit and they hold monthly Registered Shoots if you're doing Registered events.

Westside is so far away but no waiting list, wonderful people, and 1/10 the initiation fee of Greater Houston. When this garbage clears away, I would be happy to host you over there for a look-see.

It is somewhat far & yea their initial fee is pretty stout and would likely be higher by the time I came up on the list. I’ll check out west side and get with you when i’m ready to check it out.

Beretta Gallery of Dallas helped me out. They took a standard 32" and will be handing it over to their smiths to install the factory B-FAST adjustable comb at no additional cost.
