I would never desecrate a Beretta by putting paint on one. Berettas are my favorite O/Us. The thought of painting one is shocking to me. However, to each their own. If thats is what you like go for it. However I can’t believe there are a lot of places doing that kind of work. Maybe check with Cole’s. They are the Beretta experts.

I missed where he said it was on an O/U? I’ve seen some really amazing paint jobs on Beretta SA’s, I’ve not seen one on an O/U, but no reason it couldn’t be done. I think Bruce Ney used to do them, not sure if he still does.

A guy up here in my area has an A400 with American Flags on it that is pretty nice and well done. I think he told me he had a buddy that did it for him but am not sure what process was used.
Coles shop in Maine does a lot of different colors and patterns on the A400 platforms and probably could get just about anything you could think up done if I had to guess.

Couple decades ago you'd see 390's with stocks painted up in all kinds of wild metallics. looked like a carnival ride. I remember a Citori with metallic purple wood.

Mark Larson does this and much more routinely and to a very high quality. I had him enhance the grain on a custom .22 rifle and it was stunning. He hangs out on the 16ga.com site so you can get many referrals from that crowd on his work. Check him out below. https://www.marklarsongunart.com/gallery

If anybody is interested, I have a Beretta 12 ga. 391 stock and forend that has been painted for sale. Bought it on a used 391 that I restocked. Was painted with color changing auto paint. If it's not to your liking as is, it might be a good base to have it repainted to your tastes without ruining your good wood stock. Make me an offer..... Thanks, Saltydog055

How is the grain enhanced? Painting or laser etching? Sounds interesting. His work gallery has some really nice work!
