Has anyone had experience shooting turkey loads from a 20 gauge 26 inch deerslayer barrel.

is this an older, cylinder bore? or has it been fitted for choke tubes?

i've never run a turkey load through my deerslayer barrel because it's just plain silly if you don't have an appropriate choke. if you can, use x-full choke.

if you are already using a turkey choke, what kind of patterns are you getting? have you tried several different loads to see if your 37 prefers one over another?
