Bored staying at home for this virus thing so took a little road trip (with my mask) to area pawnshops. Very slim pickings on used guns. But the third place I stopped had a nice Beretta BL-4 O/U at a reasonable price, but 30 inch barrels so I passed. Last place I found a 99% condition model 37, 12 g. VR improved cylinder. Looked nearly brand new, not even any blue wear on the magazine tube. Couldn't resist, got it for $399 plus tax. Bore shines like a new dime. 1972 serial number, this must have been a safe queen for 48 years. Now have 3 Ithacas - '72, '73, and '74.
