I have a 1924 vintage flues with a stuck screw in the bottom of receiver. The one that is hidden by the trigger guard. I removed the guard and that sucker wont move. I ground a bit for the slot and hit on it a dozen or more times, wd-40 over nite and still wont move. Any suggestions ? Maybe some heat??? TIA Shriker

WD40 is useless, mix up a batch of ATF and acetone and use that.
Heat will help, put the receiver in a toaster oven set at 220 degree's and let it
warm up for a couple of hours, then apply the ATF/acetone mix.

plus 2 . I have a Remington 185 new army that I wanted to remove and inspect the nipples. I used everything except Kroil. Nothing worked. I took it to a local smith who used Kroil--a few days later he had the nipples out-no damage. :D
