 Post subject: Difference between Ethos and M2

Have a friend interested in getting a 12 gauge upland shotgun, ~7lbs. He is trying to decide between the Ethos line and the M2s. What are the mecanical differences? I know the M2 is less expensive, synthetic stock, both have the recoil absorbing stock....

Mechanical wise I think the only difference is the ethos has that extra piece in the bolt to prevent the Benelli "click"that so many have talked about but I've never personally seen I over 20yrs of being around Benellis.

ETA. The Ethos has a two piece receiver and the M2 has a one
