Can any of you fellow Rugers shed any light on roughly how many 28 gauge Red Labels might be out there with the .410 tube sets Briley made for these shotguns?
Q - Did Ruger ship any 28 gauge Red Labels - with .410 tube sets - FROM THE FACTORY?
Q - Or, were “all” .410 tube sets offered only as after market purchases?
If the answer to that last (2nd) question is “yes” then; A part of me senses the real question is, “How many .410 tube sets did Briley mfr for the Ruger 28ga Red Labels?
I ran into a fellow shooter who I have known for years but only today discovered he has in his collection a 28ga Red Label “that came with” .410 tube sets (that may mean he bought the gun and tubes from their original owner, I am not sure)
I used to shoot long ago with a skeet mentor of sorts who was an avid AVID! 28ga Red Label collector and who had multiple .410 tube sets ...
Anyhoo, today’s conversation got me wondering;
Q -
what sold prices are ballpark for a excellent condition 28ga Red Label WITH .410 tubes, these days?
