That would be wonderful but sadly doesn't happen which is one of the reasons patterning is necessary (also different loads put different percentages thru the same choke). There is no choke labelling governing body.
Add to that the marketing people that now label chokes as "Decoy", "Passing", "Xtra-Range" "Early/LateSeason"
