Baikal guns, like any Russian gun, are not available in the U. S. due to the trade restrictions as a result of Russia’s annexation of Crimea.

While you may not be able to buy new ones, if you search the pawn shops and anywhere else that sells used guns there is a possibility of finding one. I have come across a few of them over the past few years including a nice 12g SxS and a double rifle in .45-70.

Well..Currently there are no new imports of Baikal firearms...

Molot is also ON the sanction list for attempting to launder Baikal/Izhmash firearms. They were added earlier this year.

I believe Tula and a few small makers are not under any sanction/s at the moment.
Tula was having some financial issues, I don't know if they're still making sporting arms as I type.

Baikal firearms could still be imported, if they have been out of Russia for 5 years. (Such as having been warehoused in Romania, Turkey, etc). Perhaps in a few years we might see some small batches imported. Who knows.
