After a bit of an absense,I see the Toz website is again advertising Toz sporting firearms....so are there currently Toz shotguns and rifles being sold new in Russia?.Their range seems a bit smaller than before though.

You can get the TOZ-78 .22lr, and a few military guns they convert to civilian law requirements. They advertise TOZ-34, but those are of the old stock. They revived the site because they might start making civilian guns again, but so far I can't say anything definite about it.
