i was the guest of bob lanning and jim lyons at springfield r&g club in mo this weekend. got to shoot some skeet. top notch class act club. great fellows.
4 fields, 2 traps clean as a whistle. never shot there. first game i went straight. perfect birds and no wind most likely was the reason! once the pucker factor was over, it was all downhill from there!
good time had by all.

Not surprising to hear your report. A couple of their members have come to our shoots and are delightful to be around. One of them is an ace at running Valerio's program and he helps me get the shoot-offs set up correctly.

i look forward another visit. they plan to rebuild all the houses and upgrade to block. no lack of finances there for sure.

Great club, great people. I first shot there in '69 and many times since.
