Our club puts your name in a clipboard then you pay at the end of the day. Non member rate is $7 a round and members are $5. Punchcard with 11 rounds for members is $50. Great club.

Thanks! We are calculating our claybird cost at about $2.20/rd at the present time. Not including depreciation on the machines. How much of your fees go toward replacing machines?

The trap and skeet club in my hometown charged $2.50 per round, but all club labor is volunteers and the property is leased from the city for $1.00 per year and there is an annual $50 membership fee

Our rates, for all shooters, are $5.00 per round for skeet, trap, and five stand. The club is run by all volunteers (me and Stan). Because we capped our club membership and have a waiting list of 400 applicants, it made no sense to us to incentivize non members to join by charging them more. We have about 3 years operating costs in cash reserves.

Trap & Skeet $ 3.50 per round, 5 stand $ 4.50 per round for members & non members.
I disagree with non members paying the same as members as membership dues fund the club but guests pay $ 10.00 per day to use the facility so I guess it evens out.
Right now no guests can use the pistol range as use is high by members.

Our club has Black powder range, large bore & small bore rifle, pistol, archery, air gun, 2 skeet fields, 1 5 stand field, 4 trap fields 3 single & 1 doubles, 8 table trap stations & a patterning range.
For the cost of yearly dues it's a good value.
Everything other than skeet, trap & 5 stand is free.

$3.00 for members for trap and skeet, $5.00 for non-members.

We pay $500 a year in dues, worth every penny! 8 lighted fields.

$3.00 per round for trap and skeet with $100 annual dues.

Don't know how much the club has saved but believe it's in the tens of thousands of dollars. They are always looking for the next thing to spend money on.

We have 1000 members annual dues more than cover equipment and facility purchases and maintenance. Target fees only need to cover the cost of targets.

Not all private clubs are equal. Some are owned by members with no revenue expectation and others are owned by an individual or group and have some profit expectation. Some clubs hire labor for maintenance and services and other clubs rely on volunteer labor. Some pay high taxes and insurance and some do not. e.tc, etc, etc...

Amen! Those that want to raise our rates see it as leaving money on the table. I see it as leaving money in the members pockets and increasing the value of club membership. Next I expext they will want to raise the skeet "tax" to help the children. Where have I heard that before.....?

Back when I used to shoot, $5. Haven`t been in over a year. Trying to save ammo for the field, mostly. Now that I`m vaccinated, not as worried as before regarding COVID,

Cost per round of Skeet was 6.00 last year, this year it went up to 7.50. Note, non members pay an additional dollar per round. From what I've seen in the past month it may kill off the Skeet and Trap fields, because a lot of our regulars have gone elsewhere. Shot 6 rounds of Skeet solo yesterday and after I finished 1 other member who arrived as I was shooting my last round had to go out and shoot solo.

Sporting clays have deals, 300 targets plus cart rental = $100
SC Regular 100 targets is $33, iirc.
5 stand = 7.75
Trap/skeet= 6.75
Purchase on Friday’s =10% discount
Wed/Thur night trap/skeet is .. There is a special discount rate, but I don’t recall amt.

Senior member is $4.50, shooting member is $6.00, guest is $7.50 for trap and skeet. We raised our rates $.50 per round last year which was the first increase in 12 years. The club maintains 8 combo fields, 5 Stand, and 14 station SC. Covid reduced revenue and the cost of necessary maintenance and repairs have increased. Inflation is creeping into operation costs. To all that add that the club is based on volunteer labor and that the average age of the membership is 67 the cost to get things done around the club will increase without younger people joining the club. Since you can’t shoot on an iPhone there aren’t many lined up to join.

Members $4.00, non-members $5.00. Shooters load the machines/houses and do their own score-keeping, button-pushing and pick up empties at the end of each round.
