Which Pilla tint most closely matches the CMT lens tint that Randolph Engineering offers in their Ranger frames?

My guess would be the 10 ED.

The CMX line is Pilla's orange boosting series. The lower the number the darker the lens.

When I was wearing the Rangers my most used lens was the CMT, now that I've switched over to Pilla I've been using the 10CED the most. It's very hard to try to compare them because they are very different.
With the Pilla lenses, the number indicates the percentage of light transmitted, so if your eyes like a dark lens for full sun I would say check out the 10CED.

I concur... 10CED or 18CED (depending on how dark you want your lenses to be) would be the closest match.
