I like B&P shells. Hopefully this merger does not kill their quality.

Any chance the B & P's will be easier to get and the price will go down?

Lots of overlap products between the two companies. Buyouts happen for lot's of reasons. Let's see what happens. Ammo prices are on the way up really strong the past 2 months. Decent 20 gauge shells are gone off the shelf. The election results will impact the entire firearms and ammo industry.

In THIS country; ammo pricing and availability is fairly normal everywhere else.

It's all about the election. $75.00 per flat for Remington Gun Clubs now by me.

Or maybe it's about Remington's ammo business being sold.

But I notice my usual on-line source is up about about $1/box on Gun Clubs, Top Guns, and Super Targets.

I typically have found my best prices just before dove season (but not this year) and Christmas shopping season. It is impossible to predict what the Christmas shopping season prices will be this year.

Maybe Fiocchi will share their advanced box technology with B&P!

And that would be another world problem solved.

Take it what it's worth just going by what someone said - B&P was planning on reopening the Rio plant here in TX and crank back into production of their shells.

Dunno but If true would be nice :)

You can wish in one hand and poop in the other, you tell me which one fills up faster.

Interesting move, so we will see what happens, but I'm assuming that Fiocchi will not change their price points, and this might be just a distribution move.

for whatever "reason" (probably just perception) I've never liked Fiocchi shells, but thought B&P were great.

I don't view this as a positive for the consumer...but I hope I'm wrong.
