No one is looking to push out FITASC, but something different that also allows for more participants than FITASC does at a typical event.

The rhetoric is aimed squarely at FITASC.

There is room in our sport for all of them. English Sporting, FITASC, AFS, Super Sporting and all the variations.

FITASC has a strong following and isn't going away. The more kinds of games our clubs have available as options...we as shooters are better off for it.

Seems you can only fit so many events in a two day tourney. Real estate and number of traps have to be a limitation.

i'm not. FITASC is definitely my favorite game in clays. I like the rules and like just about everything about how it works.

Great. I like FITASC as well. But I like new games, and AFS is just that. I was shooting when 5-stand was hatched, and much later SS. Like them all.

Isn’t that the truth.

The big multi day shoots at very large grounds might get bigger with more options of games.

With smaller tournaments and venues, mixing up offerings a little might interest different shooters and help increase participation. Fitasc is very rare in my area. AFS might be something clubs that don’t present fitasc would try instead

Sera,

Americans like rules, look at the NSCA rule book. It rules invented elsewhere and France especially they do not like.

Have shot trap, skeet, sporting clays and 5-stand. Put a clay in the air and let me shoot at it, sounds like fun! Always looking forward to trying something new.. :)
