A while back when I was moving to Indiana I found a website that had a PDF file for each state and county of the state with a table of what the state and counties allowed in terms of firearms. I sadly can't find that website and after two days of google give up.

Does anyone know the following.

1) Are short barrel (aka SAWED OFF SG) SG allowed for Indiana residents?
2) Are machine guns (say a German WWII MG32) allowed for Indiana residents?
3) Are full auto firearsm (say TommyGun) allowed for Indiana residents?
4) Are silencers on handguns allowed for Indiana residents?

5) If I buy a handgun and both my wife and I have our Indiana CCW can she carry and use my handgun? Or does the purchase need to be in her name in order for her to carry?

You do not need to be the owner of the handgun in question in order to lawfully carry it while in possession of a CCW. Yes, your wife can carry your guns. This is dangerous, though, because "your gun" may turn into "her gun."

Nah on "her gun" she does not like my Springfield 1911 MIL SPEC. She says its too heavy and big and she wants a lady revolver that she has been eye and using at the range but she also likes the GLOCK 9m *cough* *cough* <grasping> =)

I don't like the non 1911s they don't feel right to me at least. So for the time being she is not sure which one to get. I told her to get both that way I can get my AK but that is not flying yet. =/
