101, 26" bbls IC & Mod, w/ejectors I believe, receiver is of a 'shiny material" aluminum? engraved, stk is checkered. S/N K300638 I'm of the belief it is of a later build. They want $850 for it. I would like to know its production date and whether this O/U is worth the money being asked for it. It does not have the red W on the bottom of the grip cap. the previous owner put sling swivels on it which tend to cheapen it. They can be removed. thx in adv Joe

Here's mine: it was listed as "new" and in its original box. But according to your website, it has been discontinued for several years.
Winchester 1300 pump, 28" vented rib barrel, with three chokes. It is fully camo'd and has a serial number of L3554277.

Hi there,
I am looking to buy a 1953 (I think) Winchester Model 12 Heavy Duck. But I noticed that it has a butt plate not a pink recoil pad. I want to confirm that this is indeed a Heavy Duck. Its serial number is 1344___. Can you tell me if this is a Heavy Duck gun or a regular 2.75" Model 12.
Thanks,

Hi There,
Winchester Model 21 12 gauge 28" barrels w/ 13 3/4 LOP and a recoil on the butt. Serial #1546. Metal has original blueing and is in good condition although it is showing some wear. Wood is good, some dings, but nothing deep and the butt stock is a nice piece of wood. Forend is splinter in very good condition. The bore is beautiful and shinny. Double triggers. Any help is appreciated. Thanks,
John

I was just gifted a Winchester 1400 Ranger shotgun/accessories. I have looked around and haven't turned up too much info on these, but the big questions I can't seem to find are approx. how old the gun is and what a reasonable value is for it...here are the specs.:
• Winchester 1400 Ranger (Serial No. N1129xxx) •12 ga. 2 3/4" Chamber •28" Vent Rib Barrel (WinChoke) •Blued Barrel & Receiver •Checkered Walnut Stock/Forend •Complete with OEM Imp., Mod, Full WinChokes (knurled that extend <1/4" out of barrel with a tube wrench that looks like Win OEM) and 1 aftermarket flush fit Skeet Choke (no labeling/mfg) •Overall 98% Condition with only minor handling marks.
Thanks for any assistance you all might be able to offer.

I just got a Winchester shotgun from my father in law. It appears to be a 1897 model with a 28-30 inch barrel. It is marked with a "12 F" o the barrel which I assume means 12 gauge, full choke. Wood appears to be walnut in very good condition with no checkering and it does have a rounded semi pistol grip. Serial # is 71984 with C over the 9 in the number. I am in the dark about these guns and would like an estimated value and date of manufacture for insurance purposes. Thanks for your help.

Do you have dates for Model 97s? A friend just found one in her closet and has no idea how it got there. It has nice wood, and an English grip. I can get serial number.
