12 x 20ga insert(s) what reload recipe do you use

Saw a topic of recent that asked somewhat the same, but it was about pressure only(10,200 psi was the magic nr not to exceed). I have Briley inserts, Im asking what is YOUR recipe is.
I do have Unique on hand, but am open to buying a different powder. Can load 3/4oz or 7/8oz with claybuster wads. Have AA CF and Rem Rxp era hulls. Win 209 primers.

I use the Win AAcf hulls with 7/8oz shot and Rem RXP wads and 16.0grs of unique never a
problem in my Briley ultra lights about 10.200psi

Lots of published loads with 20/28 and Universal Clays. Tubes will handle any published load with those powders for targets. I stay around 1200fps 7/8ths of shot.

Only had chambermates for awhile. Only shot my skeet load. STS hull, green dot (14gr), claybuster, 3/4 oz.
