I started with shooting Sporting Clay's about 15 years ago. Love it, it's my favorite Clays Sport.

2 years ago I added 2 rounds of Trap a week to help with away shots.

This year I've been shooting 2 rounds of Skeet a week as well to help with those kind of shots.

I’d rather take zeros half the time on trap shots in sporting events than spend time on a trap field.

Sporting, 5-stand, American Field Sporting, FITASC, Super Sporting, Bunker, skeet US Trap - -pretty much in that order

I have a feeling that you don't like trap.

But all joking aside, I am an ex-trapshooter who now only shoots Sporting & 5 stand & I have no desire to get back into trap. I'm not saying that there is anything wrong with trap, but its just not for me anymore.

I shoot Sporting, 5-Stand, Super Sporting and when I can I do enjoy some Skeet.
I've never been interested in Trap, but, I thought I needed to shoot some because those kind of targets gave me fits for a while...A change of guns seems to have cleared that up, which is good, because I really didn't want to shoot Trap

Pheasants, geese, sporting, grouse, ducks, skeet, trap. With skeet and trap none for last few years. I get out once or twice a year for grouse and ducks. To me wild game brings all the shotgun skills into focus. No show birds. No planning the hold point, look point, and set up. No premounted gun. Just you, the dog, the birds, and lots of exercise (no riding around in a Utv). Who is going to win?

Skeet in the summer, Trap in the Winter, occasional Sporting and 5 stand. No practice at all with the shell shortage. I have just enough to shoot my skeet & trap league .

I mostly shoot Skeet, but occasionally bunker, some regular trap, some five stand and some sporting clays.

man,, you guy's must shoot at some terrible trap clubs.
I spent 5 hrs. down to the club yesterday and only shot for maybe 2 of them, the rest of the time was spent jaw jacking with pretty much every one there.

I started out shooting skeet only and then branched out to sporting clays and 5 stand. Within the last 3 or 4 years I have added trap. I enjoy 5 stand the most. But due to cost, I shoot more trap and skeet than I do 5 stand or sporting clays. I can shoot 75 trap or skeet targets for the same price as 25 5 stand targets. Also, hunt rabbits and occasionally preserve pheasants. I also have a thrower and throw my own pasture clays from time to time.
