I would like to ha my M2 stock shortened. I’m thinking that a thinner pad might be all I need. Is there an aftermarket pad that would replace the large pad. Polymer stock. I’d like it to [email protected] 13”

I looked at this when shopping for my daughter. I could find a few reports of people that shortened the stock, added some wooden blocking, then installed a grind-to-fit pad. I imagine you could go that route.

A safer, but more expensive, route is to replace the stock with a compact version.

Benelli sells a thinner recoil pad, but it only gets the LOP to 13 7/8"

(MGW says it fits M2 Comfortech 12ga and 20ga)

If you buy the compact stock instead, it should get you to 13 1/8" LOP

I used the thinner pad on my 12ga and the gun fits perfectly now---not sure if the 12ga and 20ga accessories interchange though?

They do interchange between the 12 and 20. I have all 3 factory pad lengths
